1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, and using The Hundo Shows, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License Grant We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms.
3. Restrictions You agree not to:
Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App.
Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Interfere with the security features, including the prevention of screenshots and recordings.
Upload harmful content, viruses, or malicious software.
4. User Responsibilities
You must use the App in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and login credentials.
You agree to use the App in a respectful manner and not harass or abuse other users.
5. User Content If the App allows user-generated content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content for operational purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
6. Termination of Use We may terminate or suspend your access to the App without notice if you violate these Terms. You may also discontinue use at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss, unauthorized access, or interruptions.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of California.
10. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
